Tetherball Sleeping Position: Top 3 Tetherball Positions to Get a Good Night's Rest

Section 1: The Tetherball

The tetherball is a popular floor game played between two players using a wall to help guide the ball. And, with plenty of fish, it’s always been a good option for the fish deprived. Fish or not, the best thing about the tetherball is its cosy seating. This awkward position is also easier on the hands when you have to throw the ball. A few pointers for a great night of sleep: Get comfy, remove any dirty clothing from the bed and make sure the pillows and blankets are clean. Avoid loose hairs. Waking up with a bunch of stray hairs on your face and neck could lead to headaches. You can consider buying a new pillow or changing the pillowcase, as the mattress could be making you uncomfortable. If you’re a cuddler and want to keep touching, turn over.

Along with a lot of unpleasant, other health issues can come from sleeping on your stomach. One such issue is an increased risk of serious illness and/or death. Sleep deprivation is linked to an increased risk of heart attack and stroke. Other health issues include carpal tunnel syndrome, bone and joint pain, gastrointestinal problems, vaginal dryness, and respiratory problems. All of these issues may become worse if you sleep on your stomach. Over the years, I have seen many people who sleep on their stomach. And I have seen a lot of them suffer horrible side effects. Some have even died from contracting illness from the sleeping position. The easiest way to avoid these symptoms is to sleep on your side.

Don’t fall asleep on top: If your wife or girlfriend falls asleep lying on her back and you like to sleep on your back, one of the best tetherball sleeping positions is for her to sleep on her back and for you to sleep on your side. In other words, she has to stay on her back and you have to stay on your side, so you have a body to snuggle. A tip to make sure that you don’t smother your girlfriend/wife to death when sleeping in this position: the tetherball needs to be a little wider than the couple lying on it, so you can still easily breath and that means you don’t need a lot of pillow space on either side.

“Sleep is like a cat: It only comes to you if you ignore it.”
