Subsection 1.1: The Spoon

The spoon is a most common sleeping style, for many years. It's comfortable, it's really comfortable to hold, and you know that spoon. One trick: I always ask myself, if I could sleep with my arms behind my back, would this be comfortable? And the answer is usually no, so it's a good tip to ask yourself that question. The spoon is the normal way to hold a spoon. My method is to take the spoon and hold it at the level of the palm of my hand, with the handle to the side of my wrist. This makes my hand look like a donut, and also helps me relax, when I have to sleep with my arms behind my back. In the early morning, the blood flows from the lower part of my body to my arms and hands. It doesn't flow so much in the early evening.

Subsection 1.2: The Loose Spoon

This style is pretty nice if you don’t like to put any pressure on your spine and you don’t find this to be any more comfortable than sleeping in a normal bed. This would be the most comfortable way to sleep with a spoon. Just put the spoon flat on the bed or mattress. This way your bed can accommodate more weight and its easier for you to get out of it. Put the spoon down when you’re done with it, you will have to put the spoon back up when you’re done. Of course, you need to wake up at least once or twice to put it away properly, but this way you won’t put any pressure on your spine. This is one of the most popular sleeping style with the first option being the most preferred option in this case. Chasing Spoon The second method of sleeping with a spoon is the chaser spoon.

Subsection 1.3: The Chasing Spoon

The Chasing Spoon is the most common and comfortable way to sleep with a spoon. If you want to try it out for a while and see if it suits your sleeping style, it’s okay. However, if you sleep on your back and sleep more on your stomach or just want to try this spooning style out, you might want to skip this way. A spooning with a chase spoon starts in the same way as a spoon. You want to stick it between your back and your bed. If you use a love pillow, don’t try to stick it between your spine. Start it on your stomach and move it a bit. Move it more and more on your stomach and then move it into the pillow to the right of your hips. This way, you get a support from the pillow as well as from your spoon. And when you get into the pillow, you start the spoon.

Section 2: Loose Spooning

When spooning with a partner, you have to always keep in mind that they might have arms and a whole hand trying to push it away and get as much of your body as they can. Also, there’s a possibility that they will squeeze your breast by accident. This is one of the most comfortable positions, but most people who’re used to different positions find it more comfortable to lie on their backs and just let the other person spoon them, while they sleep. This is an easy and comfortable way to sleep. But there are disadvantages, too. It’s risky, and if someone has a chronic disease, they might get tired out, even if they’re using a spoon, and might accidentally get out of bed. How To Do Loose Spooning: Just lie face down in bed, and lift a pillow, so you have a pillow on your back.

Subsection 2.1: The Comfortable Position

One the most common ways to hold a spoon, is the simplest. Basically, when you're doing this you're essentially spooning with yourself. You basically hold one end of the spoon with the point at your side, and the other end with the tip at your stomach. This posture can be slightly uncomfortable because it shifts your center of gravity down slightly. It could also be dangerous if you're not careful about when you lower your weight. It could also be unsafe to get into, as when you lower your weight over a long period of time, you have to carefully find a place for the tip of the spoon to stay. Your cuppee cup could fall out the top of the spoon, or the spoon could fall into your mouth, if you were an 'entertaining' spooner.

Subsection 2.2: The Loose Spoon

This is the simplest one. The spoon is laying against the side of your stomach with your arms to hold it. The Most Traditional Spoon The most traditional way to sleep with a spoon is to place the spoon between your legs. You should be placing the spoon in front of your hips and crossing the legs and moving back and forth. The Splitting Spoon You can also place the spoon in the middle of the bed but should be slightly wider than the bed. You should place the spoon slightly behind the center of the bed. Now, which one is best for you? In our opinion, the splitting spoon is the best one because it will support your spine and neck, gives a natural body alignment and it supports the chest with no restrictions. Our recommendation: If you’re starting out with this style, use a “live” spoon.

Section 3: Chasing Spoons

In this type of sleeping arrangement, your legs are going down the side of your body while the other side is always up against the mattress. As the legs go lower, it takes your lower body forward, creating a higher center of gravity. This is most common with men. When your legs are down and out of the way, your upper body is often too far away to be comfortable. All that’s there is your chest, back and stomach. This is the most common way to sleep with a spoon, because it’s easy to get into and because it takes less effort than many other ways to sleep with a spoon. It’s not the best sleep position, though, since you’re lying on your back, so your spine is unstable and you’re more likely to wake up and roll onto your stomach.

Subsection 3.1: Why do people chase spoons?

A few years back, when I saw my first spoon, I thought to myself, “hey, this is the most comfortable way for a person to sleep.” I didn’t want to use it initially because I thought I needed to get used to it but I eventually got used to it and I’m glad I did because it’s not only comfortable, but it makes you feel safe. It’s comforting to feel a spoon in your bed, but the thing is you need to know where your spoon is because you don’t want to spend the night searching for it. Use a spoon to sleep: Which is the best? If you think you should sleep with a spoon, you have three options to do so. 1. Spoon, Loose Spoon or Chasing Spoon 2. Neither – Get a good pillow to sleep on 3. Spoons on side – Sleep on your side, to maximize your rest.

Section 4: Conclusion

There are many kinds of ways to use spoons. However, what is most useful, especially for the beginning of the article, is to compare the different types and use the most comfortable and the most convenient one for the owner.
